Where we deliver

The delivery destinations currently available are shown at checkout. If the website does not accept an address, contact zorvellalimited@gmail.com before ordering. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Processing and delivery estimates

The available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and confirmed after ordering. Estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree a fixed date with you. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and shown before payment. Any free-delivery threshold or promotion applies only where stated and may be subject to destination, order value or product restrictions.

Tracking and split deliveries

Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. We may send items in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we split an order.

Delays

Events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action or incorrect address details, may cause delay. We will contact you when aware of a material delay. If delivery by an agreed deadline was essential, or if we fail to deliver within an additional reasonable period you set, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund under consumer law.

Failed delivery and address errors

If delivery fails because no one is available, follow the carrier's instructions. Contact us promptly if a parcel is returned to us. If you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery where the law allows.

Damage or loss

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact zorvellalimited@gmail.com promptly if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs where possible. This does not reduce your statutory rights.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or local taxes unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Customs procedures can delay delivery. Nothing in this paragraph changes mandatory consumer protections that apply to the order.
