About us

This online store is operated by Zorvella (we, us and our). Our contact address is 74 Liverpool Street, Salford, M5 4LT, United Kingdom. You can contact us at zorvellalimited@gmail.com.

Using the website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or use content from the website in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of device settings or manufacturing changes. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product images are illustrative. Availability may change without notice.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean that we have accepted the order. A binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, a price or description contains an obvious error, delivery restrictions apply, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and delivery information and be authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and confirmed with your order. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate, other than the carrier. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use goods for commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce, sell, distribute or exploit its content without permission, except where the law allows.

Personal information

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy before placing an order or submitting personal information.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is placed will apply to that order. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections of the law where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint.
